A valued customer reached out with an urgent request: 20,000 customised labels requiring immediate production and delivery to a location over 4,000km away. The shortage of labels was holding up production, posing a threat to our client's deadlines and revenue.

The Challenge

The customer's order required 20,000 custom labels, over three kilometres of raw material, three separate production processes, and next-day delivery across the entire country. And it all needed to be turned around immediately to protect our customers' revenue - avoiding a production downtime and keeping their supply chain flowing. 

The Execution

Within two hours of receiving the order, the Cohesion team designed the custom label, set up and ran all required production processes, printed the job flawlessly, packaged the order for immediate dispatch, and completed shipment by 3:00pm on Wednesday (same day!). The parcel then travelled more than 4,000km, arriving with the client by midday Thursday - less than 24 hours after the initial request.
