Baked Camembert Recipe (Feat. Our Client European Foods/Blue Cow Cheese)

 

We love using our clients products to have some fun in the kitchen!

Our marketing coordinator Kate whipped up a baked camembert for an office afternoon tea, using ingredients from our client European Foods (including Blue Cow Cheese Company camembert, with labels that are made by us!)

Here’s the recipe if you’d like to try it for yourself:

  1. Preheat over to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Slice the top of a wheel of camembert cheese in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Drizzle honey over the cheese.
  4. Add a pinch or two of sea salt.
  5. Sprinkle some fresh rosemary on top.
  6. Bake in over for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is soft and melted.
  7. Serve with savoury biscuits or crusty bread to dip, and enjoy!
